About Me: Q&A/FAQs/Profile/the works.....
Q: What would you like to know about me?
I am Natalie Norment. My full name is Natalie Alicia Norment. I used to go by name pen names, but I decided to use my real name as both writer and blogger. Right now, I'm desperately trying to put myself out there as a storyteller for independent films and series, but so far, not much has happened. And yes, I know nothing happens overnight, but I'd like to see myself get somewhere very soon before I die of very old age. I was born in Aurora, Colorado into a military family that was discharged back in the early 1990s, I believe.
Q: Why did I decide to write?
Good effing question. It's been like this for a very long time. I wanted to create something that could actually change people's lives around in a good way. I wanted to make this career change for people who couldn't do anything for themselves and yet I had not been able to do anything for myself first and foremost. Or pretty much for myself only. I've been writing since I was a preteen and I hadn't thought about writing a novel at that time. Wish I did, but I guess you can't change the past.
Q: What to look forward to within this blogsite?
All that I can give: advice, story excerpts, pitches for any medium I want to be part of, wisdom, self-help wisdom, thoughts on video games in general, opinions on many subjects such as video games, music, movies, tv, books, anime, etc, a personal quote I come up with based on my learning experiences, Pretty much everything you can hope for. Oh yeah, and short stories for free.
Q: What to look for in the near future?
Hopefully something indie published aka self published, whether it's an ebook novel or novella or both.
Q; Anything else you want to put out there?
Well, not much except that this was actually inspired by both my little sister Brittany Alaina Norment and her website: Karmainbloom.com. Look forward to it and mainly Yasmine Galenorn, Bestselling Author on Paranormal Romance, pretty much the main reason why I wanted to write lesbian paranormal romance. Her website is: http://www.galenorn.com/.
Now if any of them ask me to take down the link to their websites, I'll be happy to do so. I just wanted everyone to check them out.
Well, that's about it for now. If there's anything else to say, they'll be placed into the blog area.
